  • 1. What documents do you need to submit auto finance applications?

    If using DealerTrack the regular applicant's information outlined in the credit application along with vehicle worksheet needs to be completed and submitted. If deal is being submitted manually, Bill of Sale or worksheet including complete credit application is required for assessment.

  • 3. How quickly do you make decisions on auto loan requests?

    Our credit team has quick efficient turn around time. In most cases within minutes and within same day.

  • 5. What’s next after the customer has signed your paperwork?

    Once all the required paperworks and documents are received, the deal gets funded and the dealership will be notified. We do not authorize the delivery of the vehicle unless the deal has been funded.

  • 7. Is there a limit to how much a customer can borrow for a car loan?

    The loan amount depends on the client’s income, current credit score, and the value of the car they want to purchase.

  • 9. Do you offer financing for all vehicle types?

    We provide financing for most vehicle types, including cars, trucks, and SUVs. Certain restrictions may apply.

  • 11. Is there a minimum income requirement for customers?

    Yes, applicants must meet a minimum income requirement to qualify, but we assess each case individually.

  • 13. Do you finance customers with prior bankruptcies?

    Yes, we consider applicants with past bankruptcies, as long as they meet our current lending criteria.

  • 15. Can a customer use trade-in equity toward their loan?

    Yes, trade-in equity can be applied toward the down payment or to reduce the loan amount.

    Deals can be submitted using DealerTrack portal for quick efficient credit decisioning. If you are not participant of DealerTrack, deals can also be sent to our credit team by email credit@credicanada.ca or by fax to 1-833-912-7334.

  • 4. How do you book deals?

    Every deal is assessed individually. We work with you and your customers to ensure the smoothest and easiest approval process that works best for all parties involved.

  • 6. How quickly do we get funded?

    Our funding process is very quick. We have one of the fastest funding processes in the industry. In most cases we fund deals in the same business day.

  • 8. Does the customer need to have a credit history?

    In some cases, we can approve loans even if clients don't have a solid credit history. Contact one of our finance professionals for a quick decision on a potential deal.

  • 10. What credit scores do you work with?

    We specialize in non-prime and subprime lending, so we work with clients who have low or no credit history.

  • 12. How long does the approval process take?

    Most applications are processed within an hour, with decisions made the same business day.

  • 14. Is there a maximum vehicle age or mileage for financing?
